Local Flooding
We had very heavy rain in the area last night and when we drove through the town of North Orwell this morning we could see the town had flooding. The large culvert on the road to the cemetery could not handle the volume of water and the roadway became a dam impounding upstream.
The impounded water reached the bottom of the cemetery sign.
