The hydrostatic testing of the 20 inch pipeline and valve assembly ("pig launcher") ran into a small problem, a leak.



While testing the pipeline and valves with water at 2,100 PSI a small leak appeared at a seal between two of the flanges on the "pig launcher".

The leaking flange is part of the pre assembled "pig launcher" with a seal that was installed at the factory. Boxes of new bolts (24 bolts) are ready for replacing the seal.
